I’m Ashton. I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 2005 working as a Personal Trainer, helping and supporting many clients to achieve their goals.
I specialise in many things such as muscle building, fat loss transformations, change of physique, building core strength and cardiovascular fitness. I have a background in teaching MMA fitness conditioning, boxing conditioning, kettlebells and functional conditioning, along with high intensity interval training (HIIT).
I use these in combination with nutritional advice and plans tailored to fit my clients goals, based on and around their lifestyle. I believe in building a sustainable and achievable long term plan with my clients to shape a strong and healthy life long term.
Above all, I like to build my clients’ confidence within a gym environment, to give them the tools to maintain the progress they have made.
