I'm especially passionate about empowering seniors to reverse muscle atrophy ( degenerative muscle wastage through ageing) and to embrace a lifestyle of strength vitality and resistance..At 61 years young I embody the principles I advocate,maintaining a remarkable level of athleticism and competitive spirit.

My unwavering commitment to promoting healthy aging will not be possible without a robust strength and conditioning ethic, never say die attitude to be the best i can be...I hold myself up as an example of what can be achieved by you if you so desire to defy the notion of the inevitable unchecked aging process.

My approach combines tailored Strength and conditioning training programs, expert coaching in boxing and Kettlebell techniques and a deep seated belief in the transformative power of physical fitness for individuals of ALL ages..
